Rose & Eli Married

Rose and Eli were married at her family’s home this past weekend.  It was a gorgeous Saturday, in a welcoming and rustic setting, a one-of-a-kind fun filled day with family and friends.  They invited family and friends to chat over cocktails and followed by a brief, yet culturally-rich Jewish ceremony officiated by two friends.  The remainder of the day centered around the inside of the home, a beautiful setting for a delicious dinner and dancing.  A few images below of Rose and Eli and many more to come in the near future.

Rose was very calm and relaxed on the day of her wedding.  Eli was equally relaxed.  They both have such a great sense of humor, you can see it in these images.

A private moment between Rose and Eli.  I couldn’t decide if I preferred color or black and white.  The color brings out the setting, but the black and white brings out the moment.

At the end of the (culturally) Jewish ceremony, Eli stepped on the glass, which you can see below.  I love this sequence!

Congratulations again, Rose and Eli!

More to come!

Helen

Fine Art Friday: What’s For Dinner?

Dinner!  Favorite meal of the day for some.  I recently found the cutest artisan pasta and of course had to have a bag of it. So colorful and I imagine delicious!  Can’t want to have it be the answer to what’s for dinner soon!

Fine Art Friday: Boston’s Foggy Beacon Hill (Two versions)

I found myself in Boston yesterday morning and couldn’t pass up taking the following image.  The morning was rainy, with thick fog carpeting the city.  The view is from the MGH/Liberty Hotel over Beacon Hill.  You can see the gold-guilded dome on the left side, appears to be under repair.  High rise buildings usually easily seen, covered by fog.  Of course, a few hours later, the fog was lifted and visibility was restored.

Here you see two version of the same image. Let me know which one you like best.
