Lauran + Dominic couldn’t have asked for a better day weather-wise for their Boston City Wedding.  They were blessed with a wonderful wedding day, including a beautiful ceremony and a reception, celebrating with their closest friends and family.  I’m so happy to share their day, captured on “film”.  You’ll see here some of my favorites along with a few images from my second photographer Kim.  Enjoy! The day began with Lauran and Dominic getting ready at the Park Plaza Hotel, close to the church.  Lauran and her bridesmaids got ready and got Lauran into her gorgeous strapless dress, effortlessly.  On a different floor, Dominic got ready with his best man and family.  They opted not to see each other before the ceremony and were not too nervous.

Lauran’s smile is gorgeous, no doubt – its also quite infectious and radiant!  Isn’t she gorgeous?

We then made our way to the beautiful church for the ceremony.  As is common in older Boston churches, it did not have air conditioning; however, I don’t believe this is the reason why Dominic is wiping his brow (see below).  He looked slightly nervous, but as soon as he saw Lauran, his nerves melted.

After the ceremony, Lauran and Dominic celebrate with some champagne in the limo.  We head over to Boston’s Waterfront as well as the Boston Public Garden for some Wedding Party photos and portraits of the two of them.

The reception began soon after at Maggiano’s Little Italy.  Filled with great music, delicious Italian food, and great company, Lauran and Dominic’s reception was filled with celebration.

Congratulations again!

Mike and Siobhan are getting married in a few weeks and I’m very excited for their wedding!  As I shared in last week’s post, these two will be leaving Boston for good soon after their wedding and they will be missed.  These pictures in the Boston Public Garden should help them commemorate their time in this city.  Enjoy!

Mike + Siobhan are two of the funniest people I have ever met.  They make each other laugh so much, I just know their wedding next month will be so much fun.  These two lovebirds are leaving Boston for Ithaca, NY right after their wedding, so they wanted to do engagement photos at a location that would help them remember Boston.  What could scream Boston more than the Charles River, where they enjoy rowing?  The Boston Public Garden.  We enjoyed a beautiful, rain-free, albeit a bit hot June day for these pictures.  Just two for now, more to come next week.

This cool, fall weather is making me long for warmer days and reminded me I should share Deniz + Joey’s wedding, shot with Eric Barry of Eric Barry Photography.  Deniz + Joey were married at Boston’s Old South Church, with a big celebration with friends and family at the Fairmont Copley Plaza nearby. The day held many surprises, beginning when I arrived to photograph Joey – he was getting a haircut!  The haircut went smoothly (obviously!) and set the course for the remainder of the day.  During the reception Joey serenaded Deniz (I believe there was some Neil Diamond involved) and Deniz was not shy herself, getting up on stage for some tunes herself.  Congratulations Deniz + Joey!

Lacey & Dave were married on Saturday, June 19th at Boston’s Old South Church, with a fantastic reception at the Hyatt Harborside Hotel. We had such a great time riding the party bus, hitting the Boston Public Garden and the Beach in Southie.  During the reception, we had a rockin’ time doing some Photobooth pictures – see a sampling in the Slideshow below.  Congratulations to you both!  It was an honor to hang out with such a great crowd.  A sampling of the day below.

Lacey & Dave were married this past Saturday, June 19th!  Here’s quick peek of what’s to come! 

Meet Lacey and Dave! They are such a gorgeous and sweet couple!  They will be getting married in June 2010 in the heart of Boston. They love Fall, so we took advantage of the leaves turning in the Boston area for their engagement session and went to Wellesley College and the Boston Public Gardens. Here are some of my favorites.

Meet adorable Mylee! She’s 8.5 months young, super smart and as curious as a cat. I was lucky to meet Mylee the day after she was born, as she entered the world several weeks early, weighing a mere 5 lbs. She’s come a long way and is growing quite fast.

I had the pleasure of meeting up with Mylee’s mom yesterday to do some pictures in Boston’s Public Garden. The morning was beautiful, with crisp air after a rainstorm. Mylee settled right in! Here are a few pictures of our session together.
